Our Team
Carol Skinner
Founder and CEO of Rainbow Bridge Can Wait, Carol has been rescuing companions since 2003. Prior to opening RBCW, Carol was an ACO for Carnegie, OK. Carol works during the day as an instructor at the Caddo Technical College and then goes home to care for the companions at the rescue center. Her days are full from morning to night. Not only does she work, and care for the companions at the center, she manages all the adminstrative duties for the rescue.
-Carol has been awarded the Citation of Congradulations by House Representative Toni Hasenbeck. She was also nominated for Carnegie Civilian of the year in 2023.
Alisha M.
Alisha began volunteering for Carol and RBCW in 2021 as the foster coordinator. She works to bring in fosters and place companions in the proper foster home that is best for the companion and the foster home. She also helps with intakes and getting companions in and to their appointments.
Jamie M.
Jamie began volunteering with Carol and RBCW several years ago and continues to work tirelessly while living outside of Oklahoma. She works to activate microchips and do follow-up calls on the adopted companions.
Chavela N.
Chevela is our Fundraiser Coordinator. She has been helping us raise funds for a few years now by holding events and working donation drives.
